Supply Chain Supervisor
About your role
As a Supply Chain Supervisor at Fiserv, you will lead day-to-day operations within the warehouse and card personalization environment to support accurate, timely, and compliant production outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional partners and guide a team of associates to prioritize work, maintain processing standards, and meet service commitments tied to legal, client, and United States Postal Service (USPS) requirements.
What you'll do
•
Review, prioritize, and assign daily work to operators to support card production in accordance with United States Postal Service (USPS) standards
•
Monitor production throughput, workflow, and service levels to help ensure processing rates meet legal and contractual obligations
•
Develop, refine, and implement procedures that improve the use of personnel, equipment, and warehouse resources
•
Coach, mentor, and develop associates through timely feedback, performance discussions, and recognition tied to operational results
•
Track team performance against productivity, quality, and service goals and take action to address gaps
•
Partner with internal teams to coordinate operational activities, resolve issues, and support efficient order and inventory flow
•
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment across the assigned shift
•

Experience you'll need to have
•
2+ years of experience in a warehouse, production, operations, or card manufacturing environment
•
Prior experience with coaching associates, providing performance feedback, and supporting team development in a shift-based environment
•
Associate's degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have
•
Experience supporting first-line warehouse or production performance metrics, including throughput, quality, and timeliness
•
2+ years of experience supervising, managing, and developing teams in a production or warehouse setting
How you'll work
•
You will work an assigned schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm.
•
This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
•
This role requires frequent movement, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting within the work environment.
