Support Analyst - Central Stockport
I have an immediate need for a Support Analyst to work for my client in Central Stockport (within 5 mins walk of the train station).Role Snapshot:Working for a fast-growing dynamic company which is constantly exploiting new opportunities that require enthusiastic, passionate and capable people to support them in this growth.IT is the central point of contact for all Technical related incidents and service requests. IT is a dynamic, fast-paced environment which provides services over the phone, through e-mail, phone, in person (for walk-up customers) and self-service.A great chance to build skills and work with new technologies working with the IT Manager to improve efficiencies and performance across the group structure.Responsibilities:The role of the IT Support Technician is to provide Infrastructure implementation support, working across the Group. The IT Support Technician will also be assisting in resolving support requests as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands in both offices and remote users.Any other duties as reasonably requiredExperience/Skills:Windows Desktop 7, 10Exchange O365Active DirectoryLAN & WAN supportMicrosoft Office 365Helpdesk Ticketing Systems – (ServiceDesk Plus Enterprise)Configuration and installation of desktop systems and softwareKnowledge of networking principles and able to troubleshoot network/user connectivity issues.Awareness of ITIL principles across incident, problem and change management processesCisco experiencePersonal Qualities and SkillsA professional attitude and approach to all work-related tasks.Excellent problem solver.Good organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise work load.Desire to learn new techniques and skills.Ability to work within a teamTravel to satellite offices when required by the businessMulti-site support over 500 usersStrong work ethic.Salary pays upto £26k with benefits.Please apply now.
