Built on meritocracy, our unique company culture rewards self-starters and those who are committed to doing what is best for our customers.Job title: Systems ConsultantLocation: Remote (based near London preferred)Salary: competitiveTo develop a close working relationship with our Partner Brokers, providing training and software consultancy and support on the Acturis platform and other IT solutions which Hedron Network deliver, to liaise with Hedron departments and Partner Brokers to resolve issues alongside promoting other services offered by Hedron Network.With a detailed knowledge of the insurance software solution, System Consultants should be able to help Partner Brokers gain greater efficiency and more effective internal processes, and overcome any platform issues and challenges encountered.This role will involve extensive travelling therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.Key AccountabilitiesMeasuresImplementation and installation of the Acturis system for Partner BrokersTraining on Acturis Hedron Network IT solutionsAct as primary contact point for resolving broking and accounting issuesGenerate ideas and identify solutions that will help the Partner Brokers gain greater efficiency in their business and on their Acturis systemContribute to Hedron Network partner communications as requiredAll processes and activities to be undertaken in a compliant manner in respect of TCF and other regulatory requirementsAdvise the Partner Brokers of new developments through visits and frequent communicationDeliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from Partner BrokersMaintain a detailed knowledge of system developmentsCreate and update bespoke document and report templates for the Partner BrokerRun system reports and build bespoke reports as and when requiredDeliver training to new and existing Partner BrokersPromote services offered by Hedron Network where appropriateDeliver on personal annual objectives to a consistently high standardWhilst working independently and as part of the systems consultancy team review, update, identify and address opportunities for excellence/growth inline with Team objectivesGo lives completed on time and to the satisfaction of the Partner BrokerProjects delivered on time and to the satisfaction of the Partner BrokerCultivate and maintain consistently strong relationships with Partner Brokers, teammates and service providersKey Interfaces (Internal & External) and reasons (e.g inform, negotiate)Skills and ExperiencePrimary focus: ‘ownership’ of a Panel of Partner Brokers using ActurisInternal Hedron Network Teams – support and collaborate as required3rd Party Suppliers (esp. Acturis) – liaison as necessaryEducation:Training qualification desirableProject management qualification advantageousSkills:Acturis knowledge to ‘Guru’ levelExcellent Training skills in both classroom and remote environmentsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office productsSelf motivated and able to...
