Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters across North America. Supporting a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, this position serves as the operational backbone of the recruiting function, leading interview coordination, recruiting technology administration, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces technology, and is eager to take ownership beyond traditional coordination responsibilities. As the primary administrator for the organization's interview scheduling platform, you will have the opportunity to influence recruiting processes, leverage emerging technologies including AI-enabled tools, and expand your impact across Talent Acquisition operations based on your interests, capabilities, and performance.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, business functions, and seniority levels while ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Serve as the primary administrator, subject matter expert, and continuous improvement lead for the interview scheduling platform.
- Support and administer recruiting operations within Workday and other talent acquisition technologies.
- Process, reconcile, and track recruiting vendor invoices while assisting with vendor management activities.
- Develop and maintain recruiting process documentation, user guides, training materials, and operational best practices.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through technology and automation.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, reporting, communication, and the overall recruiting experience.
- Take on additional responsibilities and ownership opportunities commensurate with demonstrated capability, initiative, and business needs.
