Source candidates from multiple channels and make recommendation for new channelsManage candidate source to ensure a continuous stream of candidatesShortlist candidates and select the best from our pool of applicantsIdentify great talents for potential needs in the companyInterview candidate for culture-fit selection processKeep track and prepare reports for hiring managersParticipate in a variety of HR projects Having 1-3 years of experience handling end to end recruitment process for tech roles (engineering, data, product, etc) Proven ability to manage complex searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExcellent team player.
