This solutions-oriented role serves as the operational backbone of Talent Acquisition, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional hiring experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about operational excellence, recruiting technology, process improvement, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to create scalable recruiting practices within a fast-paced biotechnology environment.   Required location: Waltham, MA (hub-based, onsite 3-4 days per week)   Responsibilities: Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple teams, time zones, and leadership levels Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience Coordinate interview logistics, confirmations, panel scheduling, and follow-up communications Ensure candidate movement through recruiting stages is accurate, timely, and well communicated Partner with recruiters to build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and talent market research Maintain data integrity within Greenhouse and other recruiting systems Serve as a primary resource for recruiting process guidance and operational support Support recruiting operations by ensuring efficient workflows and consistent hiring practices Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and related recruiting technologies Serve as a subject matter expert for Greenhouse, supporting workflow optimization, and reporting Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve recruiting efficiency Evaluate and leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing, scheduling, reporting, and candidate communications Document recruiting processes and support continuous improvement initiatives Provide training and support to recruiters and hiring managers on recruiting systems and processes as needed Other duties as assigned   Required Qualifications: 5+ years supporting Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Recruiting Coordination, or a related function Experience with Greenhouse Recruiting Experience coordinating complex interviews in a fast-paced environment Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing platforms Strong analytical...
