Talent Management Consultant
Deliver high-impact talent consulting that drives critical hiring, leadership and succession decisions. As a talent management consultant at Gallup, you'll advise leaders at some of the world's top organizations on their most important talent decisions. In this role, you’ll conduct interviews, evaluate talent using Gallup's predictive methodologies, provide coaching and translate complex findings into practical recommendations. You'll combine assessment, coaching and consultative problem-solving to help clients select exceptional associates, managers and leaders; develop succession pipelines; and build high-performing organizations. Every insight you provide will help clients build stronger leaders, stronger teams and stronger organizations.
