In this high-impact role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for all sales-related roles and partner closely with leadership to deliver top-tier talent that drives performance and scale. Success in this role requires comfort with a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly, and ambiguity is a given. You’ll need to operate autonomously while keeping broader business objectives in view, making decisions that align with both immediate hiring needs and long-term talent strategy.
