Summer Trial Associate Program (Summer 2027) United States Summary Morgan & Morgan, the nation’s largest plaintiffs’ law firm, is accepting applicants for our summer Trial Associate Program (TAP). The TAP program is designed to fast-track a select number of the nation’s most talented aspiring trial lawyers and provide them the training, resources, and opportunities to maximize their potential. The components of the TAP provide unique opportunities for advancement in trial advocacy in both the short and long-term, a tailored trajectory for financial mobility, and carefully crafted mentorship and professional development from the nation’s best trial lawyers. Responsibilities Throughout your summer at Morgan & Morgan you will learn from renowned trial attorneys in a dynamic team environment. Associates will be mentored in best practices, how to provide effective service for our clients, how to prepare for trial, and the data-informed solutions the firm is developing to revolutionize the legal space for the betterment of our clients. This is an opportunity to solidify your future as a trial attorney through hands-on experience, learning and development courses, and valuable professional networking. Based on your individual achievements, those who successfully complete the program should expect to receive offers of full-time employment. Professional Development If you are selected to participate in the TAP program, you will have the following opportunities: 1:1 formal mentorship with a Firm Partner. Weekly litigation training courses in topics including: depositions, motion practice, expert discovery, mediation, and trial prep. Attendance at a jury trial during the 2L summer. Participation in at least 2 civil jury trials within first full year of practice. Access to office hours with Keith Mitnik and other premier national Trial Counsel. Qualifications Candidates must be currently enrolled at a top law school with an anticipated graduation year of 2028. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Demonstrated interest in trial advocacy is preferred. Candidates should be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation $1,900-$2,800 weekly subject to geographic market.
