Targeting InstructorThe Opportunity: As a Targeting Instructor, you’re passionate about delivering differentiated instruction in exciting ways. You know that learning styles vary, and you thrive in helping people grasp new information. Bring your passion for delivering an array of target intelligence and target development training programs to analysts across the globe.As a Targeting Instructor on our team, you’ll conduct training on a variety of targeting topics for analysts and targeters both within and outside of the area of operations (AOR), including Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE), Combat Assessment (CA), Intermediate Target Development (ITD), and the Joint Targeting Cycle. You’ll provide training on government sites using government-approved courseware to student audiences of varying sizes and skill levels, and your instruction will be delivered via traditional lectures and hands-on practical exercises. You’ll travel multiple times per year to deliver training directly to enterprise partners. Lastly, you’ll showcase your technical expertise and targeting compliance knowledge by reviewing and updating course materials, lesson plans, and training content in alignment with all relevant government policies, procedures, and organizational guidance.Join us. The world can’t wait.You Have: 4+ years of experience with U.S. government-standard targeting analysis, including CDE, CA, ITD, and the Joint Targeting Cycle2+ years of experience using targeting tools, including the Digital Imagery Exploitation Engine (DIEE)2+ years of experience as a joint or service-level targeting trainer or instructorAbility to deliver on-site instruction to class sizes of 25+ studentsAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentAbility to perform all functional duties independentlyTS/SCI clearanceAssociate’s degree and 7+ years of experience working in a professional environment, Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience working in a professional environment, or 9+ years of experience working in a professional environment in lieu of a degreeNice If You Have:Experience working at a Combatant Command or in a forward-deployed environmentExperience conducting Target Coordinate Mensuration (TCM) and weaponeeringExperience using SOCET GXP, RemoteView, Integrated Munitions Effects Assessment (IMEA), and JMEM Weaponeering Software (JWS)Joint or Service-level Instructor, or Instructional Systems Design (ISD) CertificationClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
