We're looking for a Tech Lead to own the technical direction of the Signals engineering team and drive the next phase of the product forward. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set the technical vision, make architecture decisions, and write code — while also unblocking your team, raising the engineering bar, and working directly with product, data, and revenue stakeholders to shape what gets built. You'll lead a small, high-output team of engineers and QA, and be the person accountable for the quality, reliability, and velocity of everything the Signals team ships. You'll be responsible for production-grade systems that customers and internal teams depend on daily. That means being responsive, reliable, and an excellent communicator — both when things are going well and especially when they're not. The ideal candidate has led engineering teams before, treats AI coding tools as core infrastructure for how they work, and has a track record of shipping products that customers love — not just features that meet specs.
