A large part of this role is keeping that portfolio coordinated: holding the full picture of everything in motion, keeping parallel threads aligned and moving, and building the AI and automation that make this possible at scale. Technical leads own the delivery of their own teams' work; this role complements them by holding the view across teams, connecting dependencies, and keeping shared goals aligned so the portfolio moves forward as a whole. Success comes through influence, credibility, and follow-through rather than formal authority. Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of assigned programs and be accountable for their delivery outcomes. Maintain a single, accurate, and current view of all active projects across infrastructure, DevOps, and IT operations, covering owner, status, milestones, blockers, and risks, along with a cross-team dependency map that identifies conflicts before they affect delivery. Track team goals and objectives, monitor progress against them, and keep each team aligned to the outcomes that matter most. Distinguish real progress from activity, and validate reported status through informed questioning. Work with tech leadership to help resolve what is blocking progress and help resolve miscommunication and misalignment between teams. Run the department's operating rhythm as a decision-making forum, ensuring each review concludes with clear owners, decisions, and deadlines that are followed through to closure. Keep Technolo...
