ABOUT THE ROLEThe Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving projects from concept to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between business and technical teams, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.This is a full-time position based in Cairo, reporting to the Technical Director.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject DeliveryManage projects end-to-end, from initial concept to successful deliveryDefine and document functional specificationsEnsure alignment between business needs and technical implementationCoordination & CommunicationAct as the main point of contact between business, technical, and operational teamsProvide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and timelinesFacilitate collaboration, decision-making, and issue resolutionMonitoring & Quality AssuranceTrack deliverables and ensure deadlines are metSupport testing phases (UAT, end-to-end validation) and ensure launch readinessMonitor issues and follow up using logs, test data, and performance indicatorsProcess ImprovementIdentify and implement improvements in tools, workflows, and documentationPromote best practices in project management and deliveryPROFILEGood understanding of technical environments, including API-based integrationsAbility to read and understand technical documentation (endpoints, credentials, integration flows)Familiarity with staging and production environments, configuration checks, and deployment processesStrong attention to detail and qualityProblem-solving mindset with analytical skills  REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of experience in technical project management, integration delivery, or a similar cross-functional technical roleDegree in Computer Science or a related fieldStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAutonomous, adaptable, and detail-orientedExperience with Agile methodologies is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluent in English (written and spoken); French is a plus  WHY JOIN USInternational and fast-growing environmentExposure to innovative digital and telecom ecosystemsStrong career development opportunitiesCollaborative and performance-driven culture
