This is in partnership with the dealer, Customer Care and Sales Team. To involve and co-ordinate MillerKnoll and dealer resources against sales opportunities. To have ownership and be accountable for the opportunity until point of order.Provide accurate forecasting information in a timely manner and other useful market information.Specific responsibilitiesMake the link between Sales Managers / Dealers and Customer Care for Order processing,Support Sales Managers for Customers and Dealers day to day requests / questions. Provide Technical / Specification support to dealer in conjunction with Portfolio leads when required.Answer customers / dealers on : Leadtime, technical product information’s, etc. ,Support Sales Manager for answering tenders by gathering information about the company and products. Ensure the highest quality of presentation whether verbal or written (RFI / RFP / Tender) – Whether MillerKnoll or dealer – Best in classDevelop quotations to help Sales Managers on small and simple requests,Coordinate the After Sales request with Customer Care and Logistics departments,Achieve the financial sales goal by building a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with designated Dealer/s through the provision of day to day problem solving solutions and the provision of opportunitiesOwn ongoing day to day relationship and be the one of the contact of choice with designated dealer for technical related matters, as well as day to day sales queriesAcquire product and program knowledge to ensure full personal capability to verbalise MillerKnoll’s differentiators and those of our products/programs against competitors.
