At Anterior, we work in small, cross-functional teams — engineering, clinical, product, and customer-facing — to solve real problems for large enterprise customers. This role sits at the intersection of those teams, owning how we translate customer needs into technical solutions and get them into production.

You've run programs at companies where execution actually mattered — where slipping a deadline meant real consequences, not just a status update. You've seen what good execution looks like at scale, and you've seen what happens when programs are run poorly. You care about the fundamentals: clear scope, real dependencies, honest timelines.
