This position installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots endpoint devices, and responds to service requests to ensure reliable IT operations. The technician also provides excellent customer service, trains faculty and staff, and supports the College's instructional, administrative, and operational technology needs.Job Description:Description of Duties and TasksEssential duties and responsibilities include the following.
