Technology and Innovation - Lead To Cash, Technical - Functional Architect (Salesforce)
Riveron is looking for a Lead-to-Cash Techno-functional Architect to own the functional and technical delivery of complex Lead-to-Cash programs. This role is ideal for an outcome-focused people leader with a strong understanding of both technical and functional business processes across the Lead-to-Cash Value Stream.
Who You Are:
- You’ve played a meaningful role in the growth of a practice within a consulting firm environment
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment, taking initiative toward personal ownership of outcomes and bring positive energy to team-based project delivery
- 8-10+ years of experience in both hands-on technical delivery roles and functional delivery quality management
- Strong corporate finance and revenue accounting knowledge
- Proven background in technical roles configuring & developing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud and Service Cloud
- Ability to lead global delivery teams in a fast-paced project-based environment
- Experience implementing technology & operational improvement solutions for Private Equity backed businesses
What You'll Do:
- Autonomously serve as an accountable, End-to-End Architect in complex client engagements; Serve clients in project roles such as Transformation Architect, Business Process Architect, and Enterprise Architect
- Ability to inspire confidence and gain alignment among executive leaders in client’s business functions that touch the customer (Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, Customer Service, Finance, etc.)
- Prioritize, guide and assign work items to both functional and technical staff; manages outputs and high quality of their execution work
- Understands CRM, CPQ and Customer Service systems architecture impacts with external systems and interconnected nature of designing end-to-end solutions with eCommerce, order/service delivery management, inventory and ERP systems
