About the Role:The Tennis Shop Supervisor supports the daily operations of the tennis shop and facility, ensuring a high level of service for members and guests. This role combines retail operations, administrative responsibilities, and front-line customer service to create a welcoming and efficient tennis environment.Retail & Shop OperationsPerform daily shop attendant duties, including restocking drinks, snacks, and retail merchandiseOperate the retail point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficientlyReceive and process incoming merchandise (hard goods), maintain inventory, and handle special ordersMaintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the shopPrepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic beverages, in accordance with club policies and local regulationsCustomer Service & Member ExperienceProvide exceptional, professional customer service to members and guestsGreet members and guests, assist with inquiries, and direct them to assigned courtsFacilitate clear and timely communication between members and tennis staff regarding scheduling, programs, and general inquiriesSupport a welcoming and organized atmosphere within the tennis facilityCourt & Facility CoordinationMonitor court sheets and assist with court assignments and schedulingTrack and enter court usage data accuratelyCommunicate court availability, changes, and updates to both members and tennis staffOversee general facility activity during shifts to ensure smooth operationsAdministrative & System ManagementProcess billing for all tennis programs using NorthstarManage and create tournament and event registrations within NorthstarEnsure drink and food requisitions are completed accurately and submitted in a timely mannerMaintain accurate records and reporting using Microsoft Excel

Strong customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively between members and staffExperience with retail operations and POS systems preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)Experience with Northstar or similar club management software is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor and team-oriented mindsetAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
