We appreciate the individuality of the people around us.  JOB SUMMARY: We have an immediate need for a Test Analyst to support the organization and execution of Flight and Ground Tests. This role is responsible for assessing test success, identifying required resources, developing mission objectives, creating data archival and analysis plans, and preparing post-mission reports. The position also supports test coordination, configuration management, test architecture development, and event execution across integrated test activities. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Support the organization and participation in Flight and Ground Tests. Identify required resources for test activities. Develop and understand mission objectives for systems under test. Develop data archival and analysis plans. Prepare post-mission reports. Support and navigate event board approval structures, including MDIOC and BMDSS support processes, the MDA/BC approval chain, and National Team engineering boards (PERB, CEAT)...
