Test and Range Scheduling Support - Range Concierge/Customer Relations
Job Description CSCI is seeking a Test and Range Scheduling Support Specialist - Range Concierge / Customer Relations to serve as an administrative scheduling coordinator supporting Private Industry Customers in the preparation, coordination, de-confliction, and communication of Test Range Scheduling activities. The successful candidate will coordinate scheduling requirements for operational resources, including facilities, equipment, personnel, and specialized skills, in accordance with Government-established priorities, policies, and constraints. The Government remains the official authority for test approvals, prioritization, scheduling decisions, and commitment of Government resources. Responsibilities Serve as the primary Range Concierge point of contact for Private Industry Customers Coordinate scheduling requirements for operational resources, including facilities, equipment, personnel, and skills supporting test activities Review and verify test schedules for completeness, internal consistency, and resource availability Provide recommended schedule adjustments and scheduling options to Government personnel for review and approval Support scheduling activities associated with Drones, Counter-Drone systems, Long Range Fires, and Low-Cost Interceptor test requirements Assist Government personnel in resolving scheduling issues and evaluating scheduling recommendations for feasibility Facilitate communication with Private Industry Customers regarding facilities, instrumentation, data, scheduling timelines, and operational testing constraints Analyze daily, weekly, and projected monthly schedules to identify scheduling conflicts involving resources, facilities, and personnel Develop proposed de-conflicted schedules and alternative scheduling options for Government review Attend daily and weekly scheduling meetings to identify conflicts, discuss scheduling requirements, and present recommended options for resolution Generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules and resource allocation plans that align with Government-established priorities and constraints Compile and maintain scheduling information received from Range personnel and Private Industry Customers in electronic and verbal formats Enter scheduling parameters into Government-designated scheduling systems and update information as directed by Government personnel Coordinate with Government and contractor resource and facility managers to ensure scheduling accuracy and visibility of resource availability Generate and distribute scheduling communications, notifications, emails, and documents reflecting Government-approved schedules and changes Minimum Requirements Active Secret Security Clearance required 4+ years of military experience E...
