This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help to prevent accidents caused by human error.Your RoleSupport Central MFGE from PV and assume full responsibilities from series production.Responsibility for MFGE Test, Programming, and Label processes from series production.Provide people and equipment resource to support proto/engineering builds, capability studies, safe launch (GP12) activities, etc.. and feedback build findings such as design/test/supplier related issues.Provide engineering resource to support & to be trained during MQ2. Maintain and update Test Requirement Document and Test Coverage Analysis Report from series productionSupport and report day-to-day activities to improve/maintain production SPQVC KPIs (such as equipment OEE, FTQ, etc)Drive continuous improvement, cycle time improvement and support Kaizen activities.Work with QE to resolve and implement corrective actions for Line-Pull, Warranty and Plant Return.Be the customer interface for technical discussion on test-related issue after series productionSupporting team members of production meetings (DPM, Operations review, MRVA, Quality review, Escalations, etc.)Own, maintain & fulfill master PM schedule & optimize test machine up-time.Your BackgroundKey ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:Bachelor’s degree or similar with technical educationMinimum 9 -15 years of experience in automotiveKnowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, LVDS, Flex-Ray, Broad@Reach and flashing concepts of memory devicesGood knowledge in SSFT and statistical methodsGood problem-solving capabilityGood knowledge of lean conceptsEnergetic, self-motivated, and proactive working styleFluent Business EnglishImplementing continuous improvement in a fast-paced environmentHiring and training of test engineering staffs to support series productionWhy join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
