YOUR MISSION We are seeking a highly motivated Test Engineer to support the design, planning, and execution of test campaigns for aerospace defense systems. You will work closely with engineers, program managers, and technical teams to ensure that systems meet performance, environmental, and mission-critical requirements. In this role, you will develop test plans, execute tests, collect data, analyze results, and ensure that the systems meet all specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES Support or lead the planning, setup, execution, and documentation of component- and system-level tests across mechanical, electrical, and environmental domains  Develop, review, and maintain test procedures, plans, reports, and data packages aligned with engineering requirements and program needs  Execute test procedures, collect and validate test data, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and configuration control standards  Analyze test results, document anomalies, and support root cause investigations in collaboration with cross-functional teams  Coordinate with design, systems, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure tests align with verification and validation requirements  Prepare for and participate in test readiness reviews, pre-test briefings, and post-test debriefs  Maintain organized test documentation to support internal, customer, and audit reviews  Contribute to continuous improvement of test methodologies, tooling, automation, and data analysis practices  QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field  Test Engineer I: Bachelor’s degree with 0–1 years of academic or industry experience in a test, validation, or lab environment  Test Engineer II: Bachelor’s degree with 2–4+ years of hands-on test engineering experience within the aerospace or defense industry, or a Master’s degree with relevant experience  Demonstrated proficiency in, or strong interest in developing expertise across, test planning, ...
