What will be your key responsibilities?

•

Analytical support for Total Rewards including variable pay planning, merit, pay offers, market analysis, governance materials and senior leadership presentations

•

Partnering with Rewards and HR/P&O Analytics teams to improve reporting, identify automation opportunities and support future Total Rewards capabilities

•

Improving consistency, scalability and efficiency of reward processes while building dedicated reward analytics capability
