This individual will ensure the smooth operation of HR automation tools, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Job Responsibilities* Monitor and maintain the operational health of all People Services automation tools.* Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to automated HR processes.* Perform routine system checks, data audits, and performance monitoring to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of automated workflows.* Support the implementation and testing of new automation solutions and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.* Develop and maintain documentation for automated processes, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals for People Services staff.* Provide training and support to People Services team members on the effective use of automation tools and best practices.* Collaborate with People Services and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and further automation.* Assist in data extraction, reporting, and analysis related to automation performance and metrics.* Ensure all automated processes adhere to data privacy regulations and company policies.Job Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Job ScheduleFull timeJob NumberR000150178Job SegmentationEntry Level
