Position SummaryOur Tour Ambassadors are responsible for creating the ultimate experience for our fans at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. We go above and beyond to exceed their expectations in customer service, selection of engaging brands, display of merchandise, attention to detail, creating hype and storytelling/educating through Stadium Tours.If you have a passion for great service, an outgoing personality, enjoy working in teams and strive to create relationships with students and fans, this is the place for you! We primarily host students throughout the week and private groups. In addition, throughout the year, we provide unique experiences with community members, fans, and students.The Tour Ambassador reports to the Senior Manager, Tour Operations & Education Programs and is a part-time position based out of Mercedes-Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta, GA.Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service to Mercedes-Benz Stadium visitorsWelcome each visitor and serve them as they begin the tourAlways maintain a professional image and pleasant demeanorBe knowledgeable about all parts of the facility that are on the tour route and in the script.Facilitate a group getting through the facility in a safe and effective wayWork with fellow team members to keep tour route monitored in an effective mannerLearn which tours are available on a day to day basisCommunicate with team mates and supervisors via 2-way radioEnsure safety of all visitorsOther duties as assignedQualifications/Skills and Education RequirementsWorks well with students and youth  Organizing teams, such as youth sports or volunteer groups  Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with team members and educatorsLeadership skills  Organizational skills / Detail orientedCapable of retaining large quantities of information and factsCharismatic personality and ability to story tellAccountabilityAble to communicate effectively; including the ability to receive and deliver detailed instructions1+ year experience in customer service or youth / education industryAbility to pass a background/drug testHigh School Diploma or abovePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand (for long periods), sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and armsAbility to lift and/ or move up to 25 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance visionEnvironmental Working Conditions: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
