Summary The Trade Compliance Analyst Level 1 will be responsible for supporting the company’s Trade Compliance program and working with the company’s Sr. Manager of Trade Compliance and Legal Department. The candidate will be an integral part of the Trade Compliance team and will assist the organization with various areas of trade compliance responsibilities; namely, obtaining export licenses from the U.S. Government and determining exemption eligibility. This position supports the Trade Compliance organization by working with various U.S. Government regulations and utilizing published guidance to prepare, submit, and track export license submissions. Position will work with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). This individual’s duties focus on:Supporting the preparation of export license/Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) submissions.Interfacing with various internal customers to obtain necessary information to complete the license submissions. Utilizing internal procedures, templates, guidelines, and checklists to complete tasks. Tracking pending license submissions.
