- Experience with coding warranty claims and warranty administration.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer and excel skills

- Automotive Services Industry Knowledge (P0 - Trained)
Education
- High school or equivalent work/military experience Basic
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience with automotive warranty, policy and procedure
- 1-2 years’ experience with management systems used in automotive warranty and administration
- Overtime will be required
