We currently have an exciting opportunity for a hands on Driver Debriefer to join our Culina Logistics Team.Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off Nights with Start/finish times 18:30-06:30Key Accountabilities:Correctly debriefing driversChecking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctlyScanning and storing PODs using Culina’s document management systemPreparing drivers’ wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery informationPrinting all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as requiredAnswering the telephone and assisting with any enquiriesDownloading drivers’ cards / tachographsEnsuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer ServicesConsistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheetsDeparting loads using Transport Management System (TMS)Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads Attention to detail / accuracyAbility to work without direct supervisionAdaptable approach to work / trainingConscientious and reliablePositive and adaptable attitudeExcellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate informationAbility to work efficiently and accurately under pressureEffectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlinesGood standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Word and ExcelAble to work as part of a team or individuallyAble to work effectively and communicate to the correct level As part of our drive to make Culina Logistics a great place to work.
