Sourcing & Procurement ExecutionExecute sourcing activities for transportation (trucking, cross-border) and customs clearance servicesSupport RFQs, tenders, and bidding processes in alignment with business needsNegotiate pricing, service scope, and commercial terms to achieve competitive cost2. Supplier ManagementManage day-to-day relationships with transportation vendors and customs brokersMonitor supplier performance (service quality, cost, compliance) and drive improvementsSupport onboarding of new suppliers to strengthen capacity and reduce risk3. Contract & ComplianceSupport contract preparation and ensure agreements are in place with all suppliersEnsure procurement activities follow company policies, compliance, and HSSE standardsMaintain proper documentation (PR, PO, contracts, supplier records)4. Market & Cost ManagementSupport market analysis and benchmarking to understand cost drivers (fuel, tariffs, regulations)Identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to achieving savings targets5. Stakeholder CoordinationWork closely with Operations, Product, Finance, and other internal stakeholdersSupport procurement requirements for business projects and customer solutionsAssist in resolving supplier issues and operational escalations6.
