Treasury Services Account Manager (Associate)
Job DescriptionThe Treasury Services Associate role is a vital coverage team member that plays an integral part in acquiring, manage and maintain the client relationships. This position is designed to provide the tools required to evolve and progress the skillsets needed to grow in RBCs treasury organization. This role allows an individual to develop over time for a successful career within the firm and to pursue more senior roles within the Treasury group such as a cash management sales positionWhat will you do? (Job Responsibilities)Work with treasury sales on client proposals to identify appropriate Treasury solutions, perform cost/benefit analysis, competitive pricing and run profitability modelsAssist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer researchDevelop an understand clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectivesCoordinate with product partners to develop comprehensive Treasury solutionsDevelop and understand competitors’ products and positioning within the client & marketWork with treasury sales solutions throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accuratelyCoordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing/billingWhat do you need to succeed?
