With over 100 employees, the Fiera Real Estate global platform covers the full range of sectors across North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, focusing on core, value-add and opportunistic equity strategies and short-to medium-term debt financing Your responsibilities:Strategic Portfolio ManagementWork closely with the Fund Manager and research teams to evaluate top-down market risks and opportunities, as well as bottom-up asset-level performance.Assist with the development and execution of long-term business plans to maximize portfolio value and investment returns within the Fund’s parameters.Monitor portfolio performance against established budgets and track Key Performance Indicators to mitigate risk and create value.Investment & Transaction Execution Oversee due diligence, financial modeling, and underwriting of potential property acquisitions/divestments, credit/debt facilities and key joint ventures.Strong expertise in asset management and associated leasing, property management, sustainable investment.Investor Relations/GovernanceSupport the investor relations and sales teams with client facing interactions for retention and capital raising.Assist the Fund Manager in client reviews, consultant updates, prospect due diligence, Investment and Advisory Committees, conferences and detailed RFPs.Must have requirements to be successful in...
