The Role

As Vice President of Test Engineering, you will define and lead the organization’s end-to-end test engineering strategy across development, qualification, and production. This senior leadership role is responsible for building and scaling test organizations, infrastructure, and processes that support rapid iteration while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and reliability. You will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure testing is a strategic enabler of scalability, operational excellence, and business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for test engineering across the full product and manufacturing lifecycle

- Build, lead, and scale multidisciplinary test engineering teams supporting development, integration, qualification, and production
