Our many opportunities can lead to infinite possibilities. Job Summary: Targeting a diverse range of Video & Photography creators such as online livestreamers and professional filmmakers in the SEA (Southeast Asia) region, you will lead the demand creation, customer engagement & customer centric communication for Sony's products for video & photography. Contribute to the growth of Sony's business through community cultivation & engagement activities, which deeply aligns to the characteristics and needs of each creator segment. Main Responsibilities: Analyze the overall Video & Photography market (such as livestreaming / filmmaking creator market) including growth opportunities, trends, key players, creator segments, production workflows and equipment selections amongst video creators. Formulate a comprehensive marketing strategy, activity roadmap & content strategy across the SEA region to enhance the brand value, engage with creators & drive sales conversions. Develop customer-centric communication strategies & oversee the development and localisation of assets for demand creation, engagement & B2B assets. Regularly review content performance, deriving actionable insights to continuously refine communication approaches and enhance audience engagement through a continuous improvement (PDCA) approach.  Lead the product launches for video & photography related products, including positioning, messaging, content creation and campaign planning, before transitioning execution to local branches. Provide necessary marketing assets (toolkits, case studies, training materials, etc.) to in-country marketing teams to enable effective demand creation activities and promote knowledge transfer.  Collect and analyze market feedback (customer voices, competitive information, measure results, etc.) from each country branch and share it with stakeholders at headquarters and the Asia division (product business supervision department) to provide input for product development and business strategy.  Required Qualifications:  Min 2-3 years experience in marketing, business development or customer support experience preferably relating t...
