What You'll Do We're looking for a Visual Designer to join our brand team to bring our distinctive visual identity to life across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who thrives on craft: you'll take creative direction and a defined brand system and extend it into polished, on-brand work at speed and scale. You're not being asked to reinvent the brand every week — you're being asked to be the person who makes it consistently excellent. The ideal candidate has strong instincts, sweats the details, and can move fluidly between a keynote deck in the morning and a social campaign in the afternoon. Responsibilities Design across formats — presentations, marketing collateral, digital and social assets, web components, event and environmental graphics — in service of a cohesive brand system Take direction from the Brand Lead and translate rough concepts, sketches, or written briefs into finished design Extend and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and component libraries so the whole organization can stay on-brand Own production-level craft: typesetting, layout, color, file prep, and export across print and digital Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without losing quality or attention to detail Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, product, comms) to understand needs and deliver work that hits the brief Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate with a positive, collaborative attitude Where You'll Work This requires in-office collaboration 5 days a week in our Palo Alto or San Francisco Office. Who You Are 5+ years of professional design experience, in-house or agency A portfolio that demonstrates strong typography, layout, and systems thinking — and the ability to execute within an established brand Fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Experience leveraging LLM / Gen AI to...
