Works collaboratively with claims professionals and other resources in multiple settings to assess vocational information and provides vocational opinion on duties and demands. Engages employers, claimants, healthcare providers and internal resources to facilitate return to work and stay at work services. Delivers exceptional service in every interaction, taking full accountability for a positive experience.Principal Duties and Responsibilities Application of vocational knowledge through assessment and synthesis of claim file information and ability to offer balanced conclusionsAbility to concisely communicate (written and verbally) complex vocational issues in a fast-paced, team work environment Partners with multiple resources to identify, develop, coordinate and implement complex vocational rehabilitation and return to work plansCollaboration with internal and external resources to gather pertinent vocational and medical documentation to accurately assess file directionCompletes comprehensive forensic vocational assessmentsProvides coaching of claims professionals to increase vocational knowledgeOperates with a sense of urgency and flexibility to meet the needs of a rapidly changing environment, while meeting performance standards set for quality and quantity of work Displays capacity and drive for learning and developing broad business and leadership skills; openness t...
