What we expect you to doDelivers accent training to client and customer dealing employeesManage training logistics such as rooms, materials, invitations for effective content deliveryManage training relationships at the supervisor and team levels, define and set training schedules, and expectationsDevelop training plans that focus on application and understanding of content leveraging best practices for DDAM operational rolesEnsure adequate, accurate documentation is prepared and provide feedbackCommunicate documentation needs / gaps to business, service, provisioning and process teams where applicableMeasure the effectiveness of training delivery through metrics and capturing feedback Here's what we are looking for in candidates for this jobBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceKnowledge of training in delivery skills and delivery methodsMS office proficiencyStrong communication skillsProven ability to complete full cycle trainingInterpret DD process and service documentation Diversity in Dimension DataWe have a global culture that embraces diversity.
