We are looking for a Voice/VoIP & MS Teams Voice Expert (x|f|m) for the IT Foundation Services department. In this role, you will contribute to the operation, stability and continuous evolution of our global communication infrastructure while working with modern cloud-based telephony technologies.In this role, responsibility includes our global voice infrastructure leveraging Operator Connect, Direct Routing and Cloud PBX capabilities within Microsoft Teams Voice. The focus is on ensuring high availability, security and exceptional call quality while addressing complex telephony challenges in close collaboration with security and infrastructure teams.This position is available for full-time.
