This role establishes enterprise-wide source-to-pay strategies, policies, and systems, while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational priorities. The Vice President drives strategic supplier partnerships, oversees complex negotiations, and develops scalable processes to support Dyne’s growth. Additionally, this role provides leadership visibility through reporting, insights, and cross-functional collaboration to enable informed decision-making and sustained organizational impact. This role is based in Waltham, MA. Primary Responsibilities Include: Procurement Strategy & Operations Establish and execute a long-term vision and roadmap for Procurement aligned to Dyne’s strategic objectives Design and implement scalable, end-to-end source-to-pay processes, policies, and governance frameworks Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose operating model, including organizational design and staffing strategy Partner with IT to select, implement, and optimize procurement systems integrated with enterprise platforms Lead procurement compliance activities, including audit readiness and documentation standards Strategic Sourcing & Cross-Functional Partnership Lead complex, high-value sourcing initiatives, including RFP development, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contracting support Partner closely with Finance, Legal, and functional leaders to ensure alignment with financial, legal, and regulatory requirements Provide strategic guidance, methodology, and governance for enterprise-wide purchasing activities Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive adoption, sponsorship, and adherence to procurement practices Deliver regular reporting and insights on savings, pipeline, risks, and performance against key objectives Supplier Relationship Management Establish and standardize supplier selection, onboarding, and performance management processes Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships, including leading periodic business reviews Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives Serve as a key liaison between internal stakehol...
