The Vice President is responsible for driving deal execution, investment thesis development, diligence management, and portfolio value creation. Working closely with the fund’s senior leadership, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving underwriting quality, operational improvement, and long-term value creation. In addition, the Vice President will assist in developing business networks to find new investment targets.The Vice President is a seasoned investment professional with strong judgment and a demonstrated ability to lead complex private transactions from origination through execution.
