We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management to lead our national revenue cycle strategy and build high-performing teams that drive operational excellence, optimize reimbursement, and sustain growth. This executive leader will oversee revenue cycle operations, payer strategy, provider credentialing, contracting, and reimbursement while partnering closely with Finance, Operations, and Clinical Leadership. What You’ll Do Lead and develop a high-performing Revenue Cycle Management organization. Drive revenue optimization, cash collections, and operational efficiency. Oversee payer strategy, contract negotiations, and reimbursement performance. Provide executive oversight of provider credentialing and payer enrollment. Partner cross-functionally to support organizational growth and exceptional patient outcomes. Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology, and financial performance. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree required. 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
