The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Please note that this role is based onsite in Redmond, WA and will pay approximately $24 - $26 per hour.  Job Responsibilities:  Audits each shipment prior to packing to ensure that goods are in sellable condition and match order Picks, Packs and labels product based on established standards. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and compliant operations Process inbound and outbound shipments, including sorting, picking, packing, shipping, and system transactions in SAP/WMS Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies; coordinate with Purchasing to resolve issues Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation; ensure proper record retention for compliance Perform inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective actions Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues such as shipping delays or inventory variances; provide clear feedback and solutions Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with EHS and 5S standards Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or a related field preferred Previous experience in warehouse operations required Experience with warehouse systems such as SAP, WMS, or similar platforms preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs as needed Bilingual (Chinese/English) is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication skills with the ability to work across different levels of the organization Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to work Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. #GSBenefits: Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match that vests fully on day one.
