Warranty Data and Reporting Specialist

Inside the RoleThe Warranty Data and Reporting Specialist is a key member of a six-person team within the Warranty organization. Our team is responsible for supporting the Warranty applications OWL/PRISM, managing associated data environments, and continuously improving the experience of both internal and external users. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Warranty data environments, including the current data warehouse, HANA platform, future Snowflake solutions, and OWL/PRISM applications. You will be critical in shaping reporting strategy and developing dashboards and analytical solutions. As subject matter expert for OWL/PRISM and other Warranty-related systems and projects, the successful candidate will support key business initiatives while helping advance the organization's digitalization and AI-driven objectives. The position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing reporting and analytics solutions using tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, WebFOCUS, and SQL-based query platforms. This individual will work closely with dealers, business stakeholders, data governance teams, and technical resources to ensure data quality, resolve issues, define requirements, and support business-critical reporting needs. In this role, you will also collaborate with internal partners including IT, Field Service, Purchasing, Service Engineering, Aftermarket Parts, and Network Partners globally across all DTNA brands and business units.
