The Water Treatment Maintenance Specialist Senior performs technically skilled work in the operation, maintenance, repair, installation, and control of complex facilities, equipment, and systems to support the operations of the Water Treatment division. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Monitors and inspects facilities, equipment, machinery, and systems to determine need for repair Leads work crews in the repair and maintenance of water, wastewater, and reuse equipment including water storage tanks, chemical feeders, tanks, pumps, motors, piping systems, valves, and treatment facilities Coordinates scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of water plant equipment, structures, and buildings Performs installation of materials, fixtures, equipment, and systems Checks equipment for proper operation Designs and fabricates equipment parts as necessary Monitors and oversees confined space entry by crews Maintains inventory of parts and ...
