Collaborate with Front Office and infrastructure teams to manage pricing changes, resolve complex fee-related queries and maintain the integrity of client charging processesManage client maintenance and servicing activities, including portfolio openings, corporate actions processing, client reporting and account closures, ensuring all requests are completed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and service standards.Identify and deliver process improvements that enhance client experience and operational efficiencyYour skills and experienceProven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputsEducated to degree level or equivalent qualification and/or work experienceStrong understanding of Wealth Managem...
