Are you energized by solving complex problems and partnering closely with advisors to bring sophisticated wealth strategies to life? As a Wealth Operations & Complex Case Support Specialist, you will provide high‑touch, end‑to‑end implementation support for large, complex, and multi‑product wealth cases once a client has decided to move forward. This role partners directly with advisors, particularly those without dedicated operations infrastructure to guide them through systems, documentation, and execution complexity.

You are

A strong execution partner who thrives in complexity and ambiguity and enjoys working directly with advisors and internal teams to drive outcomes. You are known for your ability to translate complicated operational requirements into clear, actionable next steps, and you take pride in seeing sophisticated cases through from post‑sale to completion. You are comfortable operating without a script, proactively identifying risks, clarifying ownership, and ensuring momentum in high‑stakes, detail‑oriented work.

You will

  • Lead end-to-end implementation oversight for large, complex, and multi-product wealth cases, ensuring post-sale activity advances through funding, execution, and completion with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Serve as a senior escalation and advisory partner to investment advisers, third-party sponsors, and internal teams, translating complex requirements into practical execution plans and timely next steps.
  • Provide high-touch guidance across required processes, systems, documentation, account structures, sequencing, and dependencies while reinforcing advisor ownership and avoiding duplication of existing responsibilities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Business Development, Service, Trading Operations, Compliance, Licensing, clearing partners, custodians, and platform sponsors to resolve barriers and maintain momentum on priority cases.
  • Evaluate operational risk, handoffs, escalation points, and process gaps; proactively recommend solutions that reduce advisor friction, improve client delivery, and strengthen controls.
  • Develop and support training, reference materials, and process guidance for relevant products, platforms, and workflows to build field and internal partner capability.
  • Contribute to pilot programs and evolving service models by identifying implementation themes, documenting lessons learned, and supporting scalable improvements for complex-case support.
