Weekend Care ProfessionalLocation: Bedford and surrounding villages Hours: Flexible weekend shifts available (mornings, afternoons, evenings) Pay: £16.00 per hour on weekends, plus mileage allowance. Experience is not required; we offer comprehensive in-house training.Excellent command of written and spoken English.You must have dependable transportation for various duties.Superior organisational and time management skills.A caring, friendly disposition to create lasting relationships. What You'll Be DoingAs a Care Professional, you'll support older adults to remain happy, safe, and independent in their own homes by:Providing companionship and meaningful conversationAssisting with personal careSupporting with meal preparationHelping with medication reminders and supportAccompanying clients on errands or appointmentsAssisting with light housekeepingBuilding trusted relationships with clients and their familiesNo rushed visits – our minimum visit time is one hour, allowing you time to provide truly person-centred care.
