Wellbeing Coordinator
Help colleagues recover safely and build a healthier workplace.
Join Resmed’s Health and Safety team as a Wellbeing Coordinator and make a practical difference to employees across our Malaysia operations. You will guide injured colleagues through recovery and return-to-work processes, coordinate workplace health programmes, and help the business manage its duty of care effectively.
Working closely with employees, medical practitioners, the People team, Facility Management and Operations, you will bring structure, empathy and sound judgement to sensitive situations. This is an opportunity to broaden your experience across injury management, workers’ compensation, workplace wellbeing and health and safety while contributing to safer, more sustainable outcomes for colleagues.
What You’ll Do

•
Coordinate treatment, rehabilitation and Return-to-Work plans with employees, stakeholders and medical practitioners to remove barriers to recovery.
•
Provide structured follow-up for employees taking repeated medical or hospitalisation leave, maintaining consistent engagement and supporting sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
•
Manage SOCSO records and occupational injury and disease claims, helping the business meet its reporting and duty-of-care obligations.
•
Prepare monthly safety and health reports, giving stakeholders clear information to monitor risks, claims and recovery progress.
•
Serve as the primary point of contact for injured employees and relevant stakeholders, ensuring communication remains timely, respectful and coordinated.
•
Maintain accurate and confidential employee health, injury and claim records in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines.
•
Support Workplace Safety Committee meetings, contributing information and follow-up that strengthen health and safety practices.
•
Organise and promote health and wellbeing activities that encourage employees to take an active role in their physical and mental wellbeing.
•
Review workplace ergonomic conditions and help identify improvements that support safer, more comfortable working environments.
•
Develop and maintain the Occupational Dictionary for the Malaysia site, providing a clear reference for workplace and return-to-work planning.
•
Manage the First Aid Room, first aid supplies and the network of on-site First Aiders so that appropriate support is readily available.
•
Coordinate training for First Aiders, helping maintain suitable workplace response capability.
•
Support the People team with local Employee Assistance Programme contacts, enabling employees to access appropriate support.
•
Track employee participation in the Sleep 4 a Healthy Life Programme to support consistent programme administration and follow-up.
•
Contribute to additional health, safety and wellbeing projects as required, based on business needs and your developing experience.
