Thanks to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, we're looking for experienced Window Fitters and Fitting Teams to join our Social Housing division across Greater Manchester.

A Bit About the Role...
Working within occupied social housing properties, you'll play an important role in improving residents' homes by delivering high-quality window replacement works safely, professionally and with minimal disruption.
You'll be part of long-term refurbishment programmes, representing Connolly on site and helping us deliver an excellent experience for both our clients and the communities we serve.
What You'll Be Responsible For...
- Installing windows, doors and associated products to a high standard with a snag-free finish
- Working safely and efficiently within occupied homes
- Delivering a professional, courteous and customer-focused service to residents
- Maintaining excellent standards of housekeeping and site presentation
- Ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety requirements and company procedures
- Looking after tools, equipment and materials and reporting any issues promptly
- Working collaboratively with site management and fellow trades to ensure programme targets are achieved
- Taking pride in delivering quality workmanship that reflects positively on both yourself and Connolly
What We'd Like From You...
- Proven experience as a Window Fitter
- Experience working within Social Housing, planned maintenance or occupied properties would be advantageous
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card preferred but not essential
- Asbestos Awareness certification preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Professional approach with excellent customer service skills
