The Workers' Compensation Paralegal position at Houser Injury Law exists to manage and advance the firm's dedicated workers' compensation practice. Following the retirement of the previous paralegal, this role is essential to ensure specialized, focused attention on workers' compensation cases, contributing significantly to the firm's mission to provide expert legal representation and maintain high client service standards. This role supports the firm's legal strategy by independently managing cases, improving departmental organization, and enhancing client satisfaction through innovation and efficiency.   What you’ll do: Case Management: Independently oversee the entire caseload of approximately 20 workers' compensation files, ensuring progression toward resolution with minimal supervision.
