Contract Details This is a full-time W2 role (40 hours per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) starting August 2026 through December 2026, with the possibility of an extension. Summary of Role We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Workplace Coordinator Contractor to support the daily operations of our Charlotte headquarters during a planned leave of absence. This role is responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly by supporting workplace services, employee experience, vendor coordination, office organization, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strategic & Tactical Workplace Operations Receive, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and packages Validate visitor parking and parking tickets Manage office access badges Complete post office and local business errands as needed Assist with general administrative and office support tasks Kitchen & Hospitality Replenish snacks, coffee, beverages, and office supplies throughout the day Maintain Executive Coffee Bar Load and unload dishwashers multiple times daily Clean and organize kitchen areas throughout the day Complete monthly refrigerator clean-outs Perform periodic kitchen deep cleans Monitor inventory and coordinate ordering of snacks, beverages, and office supplies Order cold brew, and other hospitality items as needed Employee Experience Prepare workstations for new hires Water office plants Coordinate monthly office lunches (o...
